Terms

1. What €10 buys: one listing, normally published within 24 hours, then live for 30 days on its own page and in For Sale (or its own section). It also appears on a category or county page when that page is live. No automatic renewal. Offers cost €10; asks are free — a service request that promotes a business is an advertisement and will be moved to a paid listing or removed.

1A. Service requests are free: one genuine request for work, normally published within 24 hours and public for 14 days. Do not include a street address, sensitive information, unlawful work or misleading details.

2. Your ad is yours. You're responsible for it being true, lawful and yours to post.

3. Category rules apply. Job advertisements must comply with employment-equality law. Sellers and hosts must have the right to offer what they list. Food, property, vehicle, accommodation, ticket, wedding and pet-service listings must comply with the rules that apply to them. Pet Services does not accept animal-sale or rehoming advertisements.

4. We may decline or remove misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen or spam listings. If we remove a listing for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the €10.

5. Public-source entries link to their origin. Unclaimed supplier entries are factual directory records, not advertisements submitted by the supplier and not endorsements by Everyjob. We correct or remove them promptly on request.

6. We're an advertising service, not an agent or escrow. Apart from the €10 listing fee, transactions happen directly between users. We do not vet parties, hold buyer money or guarantee goods, work, property, bookings or tickets. Verify who you're dealing with before paying or sharing personal information.

7. No guarantees of outcome. We promise to publish the accepted listing for its stated period, not that it will rank, attract enquiries or produce a transaction.

8. Price promise: €10 flat for any listing, in any section of everyjob.ie, now and as new sections open. No tiers, no percentages. If that ever changes, existing listings are unaffected and this page says so in advance.

9. Downtime happens. We aim for always-on but promise reasonable efforts, not perfection.
