This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional to play a key role in managing and optimising end-to-end supply chain operations within a growing international FMCG business. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for demand planning, inventory optimisation, supplier performance management, logistics coordination, customs compliance, and supply chain analytics. The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders. Candidate Requirements: Essential: Up to 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement Coordination or a similar operational role. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and commercial data. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Experience within FMCG, food distribution, retail or manufacturing environments. Experience using ERP and inventory management systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Intact IQ, Oracle, Prophet, Thyme IT or similar platforms. Knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation and international trade compliance. Experience working with third-party logistics providers and international supply chains.
