Job Summary: We are currently looking for experienced Steel Fixers to join our construction team for ongoing projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars and mesh used to reinforce concrete in large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and work from engineering drawings, plans, and schedules Cut and shape rebar and mesh using hand and power tools Tie rebar together with wire, clips, or welding equipment Position and fix reinforcement bars and mesh to formwork Install spacers and chairs to ensure correct positioning Ensure work complies with construction standards and safety regulations Cooperate with site managers and other trades on-site Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order
