About the role Full time 42 hours per week 4 on 4 off shift pattern 12 hour shifts €17.55 per hour Opportunities for career development Plus our Sodexo employee benefits package PLEASE NOTE - this position comes with a start date of early August Security Officer - Night Shift Dublin 2 - Full time What you'll do: Guest Experience & Concierge Services Deliver a warm, confident and personalised welcome to every employee, visitor and guest. Provide a professional arrival and departure experience from first contact through to departure. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, discreet assistance. Build positive relationships with regular visitors and recognise returning guests wherever possible. Support meeting room and event arrivals, ensuring guests are welcomed and guided appropriately. Coordinate hospitality requests with Workplace Experience and Catering teams. Provide information, directions and assistance to employees and visitors. Resolve enquiries quickly, professionally and with genuine care. Maintain exceptional personal presentation and professionalism at all times. Security Operations Ensure all access control procedures are followed in accordance with company policies and site procedures. Manage visitor registration, identification checks and badge management processes. Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems and access control platforms. Conduct routine security patrols and inspections while maintaining a visible and approachable presence. Control access and egress for visitors, contractors, employees and vehicles where applicable. Serve as a site key holder where required. Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies and security concerns. Support emergency evacuations, fire procedures and business continuity plans. Liaise with emergency services and relevant stakeholders when required. Conduct security patrols to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, gates, windows and restricted areas. Conduct staff, contractor and vehicle searches where authorised and required by site procedures Support incidents involving violence, aggression or disruptive behaviour in accordance with site procedures. Provide written reports, witness statements and supporting evidence for investigations, law enforcement agencies or court proceedings when required. Attend court proceedings to provide factual evidence when required. Compliance & Administration Accurately record incidents, occurrences and security-related activities. Complete incident reports, witness statements and occurrence logs where required. Report maintenance, security and health and safety issues through appropriate channels. Follow site assignment instructions, risk assessments and operational procedures. Attend required training, emergency drills and compliance activities. Support workplace operational requirements as reasonably requested by management. What you'll bring A valid and in-date PSA Licence Proven experience Ability to handle emergencies.
