What you will do Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems Records of inspections & corrective actions to be logged on the sites CMMS system (Maximo) Respond to plumbing emergencies and diagnose and resolve plumbing issues Install, maintain, and repair sanitary units and associated fixtures.
