We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant and accommodation business in Limerick. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and accommodation
Lead, train, and schedule staff across all departments
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience
Monitor sales, control costs, and manage stock and suppliers
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Handle customer queries and prepare basic operational reports
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience in hospitality
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience with stock control and food safety standards
Good spoken and written English
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
Experience in restaurant operations and/or accommodation management
