We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person / Handyperson to support our home care and supported living sites across Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs and upkeep across our properties to ensure all sites remain safe, clean, functional and well maintained for both service users and staff. Duties will include general repairs, painting, basic plumbing, minor electrical checks, furniture assembly, fixing doors, locks and fittings, garden/outdoor maintenance, checking equipment, reporting hazards, and completing any other maintenance tasks required across the company’s sites. key requirements: The ideal candidate will be practical, organised and able to work independently. They must have good attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. Previous experience in maintenance, property repairs, construction, facilities, or a similar role is preferred. A full clean driving licence is essential, as travel between company sites will be required. The candidate must be trustworthy, reliable, flexible and able to work on their own initiative.
