Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor stock deliveries across all restaurant locations
Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock records are maintained
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse providers, and restaurant management teams
Monitor supply levels and assist in preventing shortages or over-ordering
Supervise logistics and stock handling procedures
Ensure efficient distribution of products and operational supplies
Resolve delivery and supply chain issues in a timely manner
Prepare logistics and inventory reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures
Support operational planning across the restaurant group
Candidate Requirements
Degree qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across several restaurant locations
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Good IT and inventory management system skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Full clean driving licence preferred
Annual Salary: €36,605
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
