Key Responsibilities
Maintain profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and other accounting records
Produce, collate, and report financial information for management purposes
Liaise with clients to ensure payments are received on time and that agreed credit limits are not exceeded
Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and issued in a timely manner, and that payments are processed correctly
Monitor accounting systems to ensure financial records are maintained accurately and in line with best practice
Provide financial information and support to external auditors, including explanations of accounting records and procedures
Skills & Requirements
At least 1 year experience working in an accountancy practice or similar financial environment
A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business (Accountancy, Economics, or Administration)
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions
