Job responsibilities The main duties include assisting with the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs, preparing and portioning ingredients, ensuring food is prepared to quality and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organised workstation, storing food correctly, supporting kitchen operations during service and operating kitchen equipment safely. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of previous experience in similar capacity. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
