Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef while preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard as directed.
Demonstrate exceptionally high standards in quality preparation and presentation and be mindful of wastage and stock rotation.
Responsible for running your section and keeping stock up to date.
Work with cleanliness and ensure that hygiene protocols are always adhered to.
Be innovative, dynamic, and happy to implement new ideas
Be proud of your work and consistently cook to your highest ability whilst maintaining standards of practices as per management and as directed.
Ability to work under pressure as part of a team or be equally at ease on your own initiative.
Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in similar role
Applicants must have a good command of the English language.
Computer Literate Flexibility in hours and daily routine
Function and Banqueting Experience would be beneficial Job
