You are required to prepare and cook a variety of authentic Asian dishes, specializing in stir-fries and steaming techniques; ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of flavour, quality, and visual presentation.;maintain impeccable hygiene and strict adherence to all HACCP and food safety regulations. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a Chef specialising in Asian cuisine is necessary. A formal culinary qualification is required.
