Position: Chef (Chinese Cuisine) Location: Dragon Phoenix Restaurant, St. Nessans Road, Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick, V94862X, Ireland Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of traditional Chinese dishes. Skills in making noodles/ dough-based foods, or other Asian cuisines will be considered an advantage. Key Duties Include: • Preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes • Making fresh noodles and dough-based products • Assisting in menu planning and development • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety • Managing food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef • Proven experience in Chinese cuisine (essential) • Skills in noodle-making, dough preparation, or other Asian cuisines (advantageous) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Working Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €36,605per annum Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Apply: Please submit CV and relevant experience.
